Usually a stretched chain and worn cassette, or an indexing issue. We'll measure chain wear and check the cassette, then advise whether it's an adjustment or a replacement.

Replacing a worn chain in good time protects your more expensive cassette and chainrings. We check chain wear at every service and let you know when it's due.
