helpCan you diagnose e-bike electrical faults?

Yes. We assess motors, batteries, controllers, sensors and wiring. Some sealed motor or battery faults need a model-specific or manufacturer assessment, which we'll advise on after the initial check.

helpIs the diagnostic fee wasted if I go ahead?

No — if you approve the repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee comes off the labour. It only covers our time when you decide not to proceed.

helpShould I book a pre-purchase inspection before buying used?

Absolutely. We'll check frame, drivetrain, brakes, wheels and (for e-bikes) the battery and motor, so you know exactly what you're buying before you hand over cash.
